2022 – PONYHOF // Basement CPH, Quongafest
MONA, LUNA and LANA have dug themselves into a deep, dark and gloomy hole because a man named Thomas has ruined all of their lives. It soon becomes clear, however, that Thomas is not simply an employer, ex-boyfriend or random hook-up. Thomas is everything and everyone who has ever wronged you. It is his fault that the weather is bad, and he is the reason your life has gone off the rails. So now the women have agreed on one thing:
Thomas must die.
The Performance is created by the performing arts collective PONYHOF. The performance shifts between humorous and moving interactions between the women, interrupted by each woman’s individual story, prompting the audience to consider: Would it actually help if Thomas died? Are the women themselves responsible for being stuck in the hole?
